DIRECTOR/ FOUNDER
Our company founder has been a licensed CPA (Texas) since 1979 and worked as a Senior Tax Advisor for a major American Corporation for over twenty-seven years (with expatriate assignments in countries/regions such as the UK, Norway and Hong Kong). He was also a consultant for the largest tax preparation firm in the USA. Other experience includes CFO for a high-tech company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He holds a bachelor's degree from Mississippi State University and a master's degree from the University of Houston.
STAFF ADVISOR
Our tax advisor graduated from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He later returned to Hong Kong and earned a Master’s degree in Accounting from Monash University, Australia.
With more than ten years of experience in financial accounting and analysis, he has built a strong foundation in managing complex financial matters and delivering clear, actionable insights. In 2018, he expanded his expertise to include U.S. tax matters, specializing in tax preparation and advisory services for individuals and businesses with cross‑border considerations. He is currently an Enrolled Agent (EA), authorized to represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in handling tax issues and disputes.
He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, enabling him to serve a diverse client base and communicate effectively across international markets.
STAFF ADVISOR
Our tax advisor attended an international school in Hong Kong during his formative years, before attending a prestigious boarding school in the United States for high school. This diverse background ignited a passion for both business and law, leading him to attend Boston University (School of Management), where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
Building on this foundation, he returned to Hong Kong to attend the Chinese University, obtaining a Juris Doctor (in law) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL). In 2015, he officially qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong, and possesses over a decade of professional experience in the legal sector. He has worked at two reputable law firms in Hong Kong, and also served as legal counsel for a subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company.
He has since transitioned into the tax sector and now specializes in advising clients on U.S. tax matters including assisting with tax preparation. He is fluent in English and Cantonese while being conversational in Mandarin.
